Time sure flies by. Seems like yesterday that this little one was just a baby. Just can't believe how big she is getting. So is her Afro; her hair. I haven't cut it for awhile so its totally out of control. I've decided I've got to put it in pigtails or something. So here is a picture of how I fixed it and then when I took it out.... and yes it is all the same day,

I guess you could say that. Okay I've been pretty bad lately with updating my blog. Things have just been super busy. Work, Family visiting, Olivia, Jordan, the list goes on and on. I apologize. I even went into my email and I had 150 of them, oopsie!!! Even though I've been busy, it's kind of hard to sit here and tell you what's been going on. So lets just say that......

Trying to take pictures of a 2 year old is a lot of work. Holy Cow!! I am trying to get pictures of Olivia that are updated and the little stink won't work with me. I am not surprised though. It would just be nice if she would help out. ha ha! So, here are 3 of the many pictures that actually worked out okay. The others her eyes were closed. I will try taking more. 

So sad to report, but O's pet Elmo a.k.a fishy has died. Got up to feed him this morning and the poor little guy was laying on the the bottom of the tank. He was a good first pet for little Miss O. We are in total shock that he lasted as long as he did. Rest In Peace! :)

Merry Christmas!!!

Christmas was a blast this year. O still wasn't quite sure what was going on but she LOVED opening up presents. As soon as she was done opening hers, she wanted to open everybody elses. We got to spend Christmas with Jordan's family and then a couple days later we had Christmas with my family. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for the fun time and gifts. We will treasure it forever!

WOW!! What a difference huh? 

Last year at Jordan's work Christmas party,

This year at Jordan's work Christmas party!

Yes she still has a frightening look on her face, but she went and sat on Santa's lap all by herself. We were in total shock. I just told her it would be okay and that Santa was nice. Also has to tell her all of the kids in front of her in line were going to sit on his lap and didn't need their Mommy and Daddy. She jumped out of my arms and run up and sat on his lap. So proud!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JORDAN!!!

Wow, hard to believe he is 30!! I asked him how it feels to be 30 and he just looked at me..... oops, I guess its not too exciting. ?? It's okay, I still love him so much.  

Olivia and I decorated the house so when Jordan got home from work he saw it. O was so excited to help me. Kept playing with the balloons and streamers. Told her we had to leave them alone so Daddy could see it when he got home. Was cute because she just kept saying "Happy Birthday Daddy" all day. Guess she couldn't wait for him to actually be there to say it. But she did tell him and gave him a big hug and kiss. We love you Daddy!

SOOOO excited for Christmas!!

 O was so excited to help me decorate the tree. I was excited too, she could actually help me out this year. Was so fun letting her put some of the decorations on. She just thought she was the coolest thing ever. 

 So happy!

She has me turn on the lights every night and just goes and stands by it and says "pretty momma"

Go Cowboys!!!

Alright, here we go. Jordan got offered Dallas Cowboys tickets from a co-worker, and of course he could not pass it up. The Cowboys are "his" team. He was so excited when he got home from work. He told me he got the tickets to the game and we just needed to find a babysitter for O and we could go. I got right on that. Called my sister-in-law and asked if she could watch her Saturday, no problem there. Thanks Shay! Then I called up my sister to watch her Sunday and Monday, and she gladly excepted, what was 1 more kid to her 4 right?! Thanks Monica! And lucky us I have family in Arizona so we stayed with them, thanks Grandma and Grandpa!

The Cowboys played the Arizona Cardinals, it was an awesome game. Sad to say the Cowboys lost in OT. It was still a way fun game and a super cool experience that we will never forget!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We spent Thanksgiving up in Cedar with Jordan's family. It was a lot of fun.

Was out of control!!!

Alright, I'm sorry but it had to be done!! As you saw the title of this post, "Was out of control"! Yes, I am talking about Miss O's hair. You've seen it other posts, it is crazy. (I threw in the pic above to show you her hair, and that's on a good day).  I just had to cut it, yes, I said cut it. Days and days of doing it, okay attempting to do it, just hasn't been working out for me. It's an AFRO!!!! I love it so much, but when it gets to the point where it wont do anything, something has to be done. Hey it will grow back, I know I am a hairstylist. So here are some pics of her getting a haircut. I even put on a cape for the whole effect.
